Sharpe Advantage is currently working on several Service Plans to meet your specific needs.
Service Plan Option 1
will cover one component of your furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, thermostat, fireplace, boiler, humidifier, etc, such as a faulty fan motor, broken blower wheel, compressor, faulty evaporator or heat exchanger coils, etc.
Service Plan Option 2
will provide complete maintenance and service, covering all components and labour, with either one visit per year, or several visits per year. The choice will be yours.
Service plans can be billed quarterly or annually.
We recommend the Complete Maintenance Plan for absolute reliability, providing extended life of your HVAC system, and for the air quality and health of your home and its family members.
The Complete Maintenance Plan is especially suited to long and short term rental properties, where the tenant may not be diligent about your equipment.
It is also suited to elderly homeowners needing continuous operation and zero system failure, assuring consistent inside temperatures all year round.
Our plans are also perfect for those homeowners who are just too busy to remember that your HVAC system is the most important part of your home, and needs regular maintenance for optimal performance.
